Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

Ayurvedic juices are perishable items and therefore non-returnable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we offer the following refund options:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. Once the team verifies the issue, we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement.

 

Please note: 

  • To be eligible for a refund in case of damaged product, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. This allows us to verify that the product was not damaged or tampered with after it was received.

  • Shipping costs for returned products will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective and damaged product.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 business days of approval.

  • For any refund inquiries, please contact our customer service team at info@naturaptor.in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy outlines how to cancel your Ayah Ayurvedic Juice order.

  • Up to 2 days after placing your order: You can cancel your order free of charge.

  • After 2 days of placing your order: Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the logistics partner and they have initiated the shipping process. In this case, you may choose to reject the product upon delivery.

Please note: NATURAPTOR PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like Ayurvedic juices. However, if the product you receive is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
